Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Eligibility:
- Guests are eligible for a full refund if they provide at least 48 hours' notice before their scheduled tour.
- For groups of 6 or more, a 7-day notice is required for a full refund.
Non-Refundable & Changes
Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. This includes tours booked during this time frame.
Changes: Changes in dates can be made 48 hours before the tour date with no fee.

Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your booking, please email us at mai@paradiseoahutours.com or submit a request through our website's contact page.
- Be sure to include your confirmation number and the name on the reservation in your message.
- Note: Cancellations made via phone or voicemail will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Operator: Tours may be canceled by the operator due to reasons such as bad weather or safety concerns. In these cases:
- If a tour has not yet departed, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- If a tour has started but was not completed a partial refund will be provided.
- The decision about weather-related cancellations rests solely with the tour operator.
Guest Duties
Guest Responsibilities:
- It is the guest's responsibility to arrive at the check-in/pick-up location on time.
- Missing your check-in time or location will be considered a no-show, which will result in the booking being non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
